Description:Looking for a fun summer job? Flying Colors Trapeze is hiring flying trapeze catchers for the 2024 season!Located on 10 acres of land on the beautiful Big Marine Lake in Scandia Minnesota, Flying Colors Trapeze runs outdoor Day circus camps for people of all ages that feature flying trapeze, aerial arts, tumbling, equestrian trick riding, and other circus activities! Additionally, this year we have a new tent space! If you are looking for a vibrant small town community to call home Flying Colors is the place for you! This camp is a smaller family run program and our coaches are very much apart of our community. Housing is provided on site and some meals are shared amongst the community. In our free time, we like to enjoy the benefits of living on the beautiful property and lake (boating, wake-surfing, paddle boarding, biking) with our crew! Additionally, there is time for coaches to train as camps run 9:00AM - 3:00 PM M-F (class and occasional events on weekends). Applicants should be willing to train with our coaches. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Applicants must be at least 18. - Flying trapeze experience and/or aerial or acrobatic background (Catching experience preferred but we are also willing to train!). - Enjoys working will with children, adults, and other coaching staff. - Preferably located in the US or with paperwork to work in the US. Local and out of town candidates, couples, and friends are encouraged to apply! Our camps run from June through August, however, we are flexible with dates due to pre and post-camp season work. Compensation: Competitive rates and open to negotiation, travel stipend, individual housing is provided, and each coach will have their own living space (i.e. no roommates) with shared bathroom and use of property/space.
