Job description As Floor Manager Entertainment you are responsible for leading and coordinating the Entertainment department. You report to the Operations Manager and lead a team of approximately 11 employees within Entertainment. Your main responsibility is to organize and execute various Entertainment activities and to contribute to the planning and execution of events. In addition, you will also be swinging and singing on stage during our shows! Tasks and responsibilities: You will lead an enthusiastic team on a daily basis and motivate them to get the best out of themselves. You will coach and guide employees in performing their work, organize work meetings and training sessions, and conduct development, coaching, absenteeism and contract interviews. You will also be responsible for auditions, recruitment, induction programs and HR processes such as hiring, progression and time registration. Your main task is to manage the Entertainment team in combination with the composition and execution of our Entertainment program. In this, you will lead a team of approximately 11 entertainers on a daily basis. Your goal is to coach and motivate them, so that they achieve optimal results and contribute to sales during opening hours. As Floor Manager Entertainment, you will work closely with the Operations Manager by maintaining weekly contact. In addition to your managerial duties, you are responsible for the quality of the programs offered. This also includes managing set pieces, costumes and technical equipment. You coordinate and implement new activities and special projects to continuously improve our entertainment offerings. In addition, you are involved in the rollout of projects that have an impact on the Entertainment department and you promote process optimization within the team. You organize work meetings and training sessions to inform and train employees. You also play a key role in organizing and executing events, both for guests and employees. Who are we looking for? A true team player with leadership experience and a passion for entertainment. Flexible deployment, including weekends, holidays and evenings. Communicative skills in Dutch, English and German. Passion for entertainment and guest experience. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Willingness to actively participate during our shows on stage
