Row House is proud to welcome clients to an inclusive environment that empowers all shapes and sizes to row together. The sport of rowing is revered for its high intensity and full-body training, and our classes uphold the integrity of the sport. Working 86% of the body with every stroke, we offer an efficient workout enhanced by lights, music, and a trained coach to uplift members and encourage them to reach their fitness goals. The Row House Coach will lead up to 25 participants through the Row House experience. No training necessary or rowing experience necessary, we will teach you everything you need to know! A passion for fitness and people is however a requirement: ) Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Deliver pre-designed workouts to groups of 25 clients Energize and motivate clients throughout rowing sessions Build Row House class attendance and retaining retain current clientele Teach proper rowing technique to ensure clients have a safe and positive experience Ensure safety of clients in regards to rowing and exercise technique Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations, including, but not limited to Row House University or any required continuing education Handle member concerns when applicable Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed Set up rowers and explain class format for prospects and new clients Maintain strong social media presence to increase class following Qualifications: Love of boutique fitness is a must – Passion for Rowing is a STRONG plus Fitness certification required Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to create a high energy, positive environment that welcomes all people. Fantastic communication skills and that exudes energy AND empathy. Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals. Passion for having fun daily and making every customer excited to row! Must exude charisma & thrive in a group environment. Indoor rowing experience preferred but not required This role requires submitting a brief demo video as part of the interview/audition process
