Dance Masterclass are looking for a Fitness Content Manager with a professional ballet background and a fitness certification to join our team.
Where: Remote or On-Site in Berlin

Dance Masterclass is the world’s leading platform for dance education and training. With our growing Workouts for Dancers branch, we provide a dedicated fitness ecosystem tailored specifically for dancers.
Part-Time (20 hours per week) with the option to increase to Full-Time
Your Responsibilities:
• Curation & Planning – Structure and organize workout programs.
• Quality Control – Ensure workouts meet our standards
• Production Management – Research and coordinate dancers for new workout recordings.
• Content Supervision – Oversee the selection, structuring, and quality of fitness content.
• Innovation & Trends – Stay updated on the latest trends in dance fitness and help refine our offerings.
What You Bring
• Professional Ballet Background – Former or active professional ballet dancer.
• Certified Fitness Expertise – Fitness or Pilates certification (e.g., NASM, ISSA, B-license, or equivalent).
• Content & Training Knowledge – Experience in structuring and planning fitness or dance workouts.
• Attention to Detail & Quality – Strong understanding of training principles, movement quality, and biomechanics.
• Digital Native – Comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment.
