What will I do? -Support the Entertainments department in the creation and training of our incredible Entertainments offerings -Run engaging rehearsals -Drive consistent performance feedback standards -Assist with producing creative content and material for previous and new offerings. -Create a positive and professional work environment An ideal candidate would be able to: This is a role which will work collaboratively with a number of stakeholders across the Entertainments and Events structure, and the wider Resort as a whole. -Be a role model for the department standards -Remain positive and professional -Be a key motivator in driving the team to deliver compelling entertainment. -Have a strong work ethic -Have a high attention to detail This role will include working weekends, late nights, and bank holidays as required. Every department here at Thorpe Park Resort focuses on the safety of our guests (and your colleagues) as a number 1 priority. Each role will undertake department specific Health & Safety training, alongside wider Thorpe Park Resort training. Details: Location: Thorpe Park Resort, KT16 8PN Hours: Full Time, 5 days per week Pay: £10 per hour Pay Rates will be increased in April 2023 due to National Minimum Wage review Everyone Matters at Merlin.
