What you'll bring to the team:
Scope of Job:
Acts as the point of contact between Cast, Crew, and Managers. Supports Entertainment Department in the production of park wide events and entertainment while maintaining high standards in communication and show quality.
Main Responsibilities:
Work with Production Manager to plan, prep, and facilitate auditions for all performers resort wide
Work with the Production Team to review casting needs for events and daily operations
Work with the Production Manager and Human Resources to facilitate onboarding for incoming performers
Responsible for ensuring new talent is receiving department orientation, park orientation, and any additional relevant trainings coinciding with the performer’s role
Work with the Production Manager to create Production Books for special events and all elements within the event
Administrative work, to include scheduling rehearsals, mapping out performer operation schedules, payroll documents, & other admin duties as assigned
Be the liaison between numerous departments to develop or remount various event offerings, i.e. work with technical, costuming, operations, etc.
Schedule break out meetings with the Operations and Production teams to ensure stage managers and directors are prepped and prepared for upcoming rehearsals
Oversee and own event specific Risk Assessments for the entire Entertainment Department. Responsible for tracking, documenting, and liaising with the individuals needed to complete risk assessments.

Work Environment:
Various inside and outside locations with varying temperatures and floor surfaces.
Exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.
Other Job Requirements:
Performs other duties as assigned.
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays and weekends to support park operations.
Attendance is a mandatory function of this job.
Qualifications & Experience:
Background and Experience:
Requires experience in Theatre, Performing Arts, or equivalent experience in Stage Management. Must have at least 3 years of experience in Theme Park Entertainment. Must have full/flexible availability. Must possess demonstrated leadership abilities. Self-motivated and has demonstrated initiative. Strong problem-solving skills and dedicated to providing outstanding guest service. Requires the ability to remain calm under pressure. Requires strong organizational and communication skills with a good attention to detail. Ability to multi-task.
Education:
High school graduate or General Education Degree (or equivalent education and experience) is preferred.
Pay Range: USD $22.50/Hr.
