About the role... LEGOLAND Florida Resort and Peppa Pig Theme Park are seeking an Entertainment Production Manager who is a detail-oriented, multi-tasking, highly motivated, and proactive leader. Our Entertainment Production Team partners with Creative, Costuming, Technical and our Operational teams, to successfully develop and produce new offerings for events or daily operations. They will also partner with these teams to remount shows/experiences from pervious years or from other North America LEGOLAND Parks. The Entertainment Production Manager is the essential link for managing all Production elements, including external vendors and partners during the Pre-Production and Production processes for the Entertainment department’s year-round season. What you’ll be doing... Leads and directs effort to conceive, develop and define all production components of projects as assigned carrying out the overall Entertainment Creative vision, goals and objectives Manages all Production Meetings for Department and Resort preparing presentations, supplying agendas, maintaining production logs, and keeping meeting minutes. Provide oversight to the installation of all Core & Consumer offerings as original designed. Works with internal Production Specialists on data documenting, creating, updating, and maintaining production books and procurement documents Works with internal Production Specialists to ensure all new hires in speciality roles are being trained appropriately before their first shift guest facing Works with park partners to execute a clear vision on park wide theming and signage needs Works with Creative Production, Technical & Operational Teams in gathering all rehearsal support needs Communicates, inspires, and maintains projects while maintaining collaborative relationships with executive leadership, department production, technical, costuming supervisors and partner department teams. Attends all Pre-Production, Production, and Postproduction Meetings Creates budget schedules and projections of new concept costs Serve as Department Duty Manager and active Park Leadership Ambassador Who we’re looking for... (4+) Years of Theatre/Entertainment Production Management in a theme park environment (4+) Years of proven ability to lead diversely skilled Entertainment teams supported by positive performance evaluations. Must have strong partnering, collaborative, and team results skills Must have strong understanding of all creative and production processes Trusted leader that guides with integrity and fosters a professional work culture in the face of adversity Proven evaluation & problem-solving skills Ability to work days, nights, and over holidays to support Peak and Off-Peak Entertainment offerings across all Resort functions. Proficient in Microsoft & Adobe software products. Knowledge of purchasing and reporting systems. Demonstrated initiative, communication, and interpersonal skills; Confident and outgoing presence with the ability to professionally interact with various levels of team members and leadership. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once, with a detailed oriented style and strict deadlines. What you'll get...
