Electricians

North Shore Music Theatre, a 1500 seat arena style theater, is seeking Theatre Electricians for its upcoming 2025 Season for Load-In dates as follows:

'Waitress': May 12th - May 29th
'The Wizard of Oz': June 16th - July 3rd
'Grease': July 28th - August 7th
'Rent': August 25th - September 11th
'The Cher Show': September 29th - October 16th
'A Christmas Carol': November 3rd - November 26th

Dates vary as needed for individual productions.

Responsibilities include: Theatrical fixture prep, load-in, hang and focus, and general projects as directed by the Electrics Lead for theatrical performances and special events for the 2025 Season.

Qualifications: Experience in technical theatre lighting or equal professional experience is required. Must have prior experience working in theater as an electrician. Must be able to work at heights of 25 feet on ladders, catwalks and genie lifts and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Ideal candidates should have a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate in a team-oriented environment. Must have strong interpersonal skills.

Position is hourly, W2, at $22/hr. Union Local #11 (Do not need to be union to apply)
