Description:
We're casting early (but necessarily!) for our magical Christmas Grotto experience in Oxford – and we’re on the lookout for charismatic, professional Christmas Elves to join the team!
📍 Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire, OX13 5HB
📆 Contract: November – December 2025
💸 Rate: £16.50 per hour — DOUBLE PAY on Christmas Eve
✨ Requirements:
Entry-level acting skills
Basic script work and immersive performance ability
Confident group singing of children’s Christmas songs
Must absolutely love Christmas!
You’ll be part of a heartwarming festive experience for families and children, working alongside Santa himself in a beautifully themed setting.
🧝♀️ We’re looking for:
Confident, energetic performers with great improvisation skills
Friendly, reliable team players
Previous experience working with children or in character-based roles is a plus
Full availability during weekends and key dates in November/December
We are ideally looking for team members available for a minimum of 3–5 shifts per week

Costume and full training provided
Paid rehearsals and site visits will be scheduled in early November – exact dates TBC
