Vision development
Bringing in knowledge about this theme from outside
Questioning thresholds with all parties involved
Organize consultation moments with the team
Writing out a supported vision
Thinking about the actions that follow from this
Educational and organizational elaboration
Set up a growth path for the team
Make any structural adjustments
Spread and propagate the vision
Organize information & training moments
Taking new initiatives to increase our diversity
Partnerships
Establishing and maintaining contacts with (new) partners
Administration (e.g. applying for subsidies and following up on emails)

Experience in the circus world is not necessary. Getting excited about circus, culture and youth, on the other hand, is!

You have a relevant diploma or you are a real initiator with appropriate experience.

Half-time contract for an indefinite period
Wage according to salary scale PC 329.01
Flexible working hours and the option of working from home If you do have to be 'at the office', it will be in Mechelen.
