Summary

As a member of the Yale Schwarzman Center’s senior leadership team, the Director of Production will bring demonstrable experience in managing people and teams effectively. The Director of Production will be involved in long-term planning and strategy and will be expected to collaborate meaningfully with the Executive Director, Deputy Director, Associate Artistic Director, Director of Marketing & Communications, and Director of Finance & Administration. The direct reports for this position include Associate Production Managers (2), Technical Director, Production Electrician, Sound Engineer, Event Technician, and Woolsey Hall Stage Manager.
