WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a passionate, highly energetic and client focused ROCKstar to join a Cleveland based AV Production & Entertainment firm. The main focus of this position is to oversee the creative direction and functional components of the entertainment department of the business. This ROCKstar will drive the success of:
Adult DJ Entertainment (Weddings & Corporate Events)
Family and Youth DJ Entertainment (School, Mitzvahs, Community events)
General Live Entertainment
Activity Programming (Dancers, Interactive Games, Photo Booths, Rentals)
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Putting the right people in the right place to create memorable experiences for raving clients
Build core and trustworthy relationships with department staff
Organize efficient program & system design to ensure staff has the necessary tools to ROCK out every event every time
Develop strong team players from leading by example and consistent support
Develop & maintain the look, feel, and energy of live entertainment shows
Oversee a world class training to make sure staff members are always growing
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
Demonstrated passion for the arts, event technology and music entertainment
Affinity for special events and hospitality
Problem-solving skills and quick thinker
Self motivated leader but also able to roll up your sleeves & be a team player
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with internal & external individuals
Creative spirit to meet and over deliver on client expectations.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Proven DJ / MC performance experience or similar (Cruise Dir, Ringmaster, etc…)
Minimum of 1-3 years supervisory experience in hospitality / entertainment / theatre
Ability to lead fluctuating team sizes on a daily basis
Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs
Valid driver’s license, 3 year MVR
21+ Years of age
Available nights, weekends and some holidays
