KSE Digital is an entity of KSE and is responsible for content creation and distribution, web/app development, and digital advertising for the Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche, Colorado Mammoth, Altitude Sports, and other KSE-owned platforms. Nature of Work: Managing, producing, and strategically implementing web-, mobile-, and social-specific video content for various KSE properties (Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche, Colorado Mammoth and Altitude TV) while leveraging production capabilities across KSE properties and Altitude Sports & Entertainment. Examples of work performed: Lead, manage, and develop digital video team comprised of video and motion graphics producers and editors. Create workflows and asset management systems to maximize for efficiency, quality and quantity of digital video products. Collaborate with Altitude Sports and Broadcast teams to maximize the usage of video resources. Organize and implement optimized video production content for digital platforms. Ensure overall social and digital strategy is maintained through video. Work in tandem with publishers, editors, producers, technical staff, and talent from multiple departments. Develop efficiencies and workflows across various departments. Learn, review and adapt to new technologies and develop collaborative methodologies. Working Conditions & Physical Demands: Typical Office Conditions Qualifications Minimum BS/BA degree in field or related field Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 6+ years of experience in video production. Strong experience and knowledge of digital content executions. Strong experience and knowledge of video production workflows. Strong experience and knowledge of digital streaming technologies. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Proficient with time management. Available to work nights and weekends on occasion. Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards. Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire. Preferred Strong experience with workflow development. Experience producing video content. Experience producing digital content. Experience with media asset management platforms. Experience with broadcast video workflows and systems.
