We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Development Assistant to join the NoFit State team. You will be creative, organised and up for a challenge!

NoFit State is the UK’s largest touring contemporary circus company. From our large-scale international touring work to our grassroots community outreach programmes, each year the company engages with up to 150,000 people, of all ages and backgrounds, from across Wales, the UK and the world.

This vital role will work with the Head of Development across all strands of our work to identify and secure the support needed to help the company to achieve extraordinary things.

Salary: £18,750 - 20,000 per year
