Description:Job DescriptionRole: Deputy Stage Manager Production: The Curious Case of Benjamin Button Salary: Weekly rate above SOLT/Equity Agreement Term: 6-month fixed term (open-ended run), 8 show per week over 6 days, Monday to Saturday, with Tuesday & Saturday matinees plus maintenance and understudy calls. Contract subject to two weeks' notice to close. Start Date: Early-Mid February 2025 Location: The Ambassadors Theatre, London Job Requirements Previous stage management experience in a theatre setting is essential. A proven track record of working collaboratively and supporting creative teams. You must be able to read sheet music to perform this role. Job Responsibilities Your duties and responsibilities will be those normally expected of a Deputy Stage Manager on a first-class West End production and include (but not be limited to) Maintenance of the prompt book Calling the show Support the CSM on scheduling and running cover rehearsals Covering CSM when on holiday Work hand-in-hand with the CSM to create and distribute clear and concise show reports & rehearsal notes (where necessary). Teaching the book to Book Covers (where necessary). Cueing sound Operating lighting Support the ASM in pre-show and post-show duties
