RWS ENTERTAINMENT GROUP is seeking DANCERS and DANCERS WITH CIRCUS SKILLS for IBEROSTAR RESORTS with contract dates starting as early as January ‘22.
SEEKING: Union and Non-Union performers. Must be 18 years of age or older. Prior theater or other live entertainment experience preferred. Fluency or ability to communicate in Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus.
DANCERS AND DANCERS WITH CIRCUS SKILLS: Classically trained dancers who are fluent in ballet technique, contemporary, musical theatre, and commercial dance styles. Partnering experience and tumbling are a plus. Some contracts require dancers who also have experience in aerial (silks, Spanish web, Lyra, etc.) and/or other circus type skills (contortion, hand balancing, juggling, etc.)
NOTE: Performers can be Black, Indigenous, Latinx, Asian/Pacific Islander, Middle Eastern/North African/South Asian, and/or white, as well as inclusive of all gender identities.
CONTRACT INFORMATION
IBEROSTAR RESORT – Resident entertainers for Iberostar resort properties in Mexico, Jamaica, Dominican Republic and Brazil. Multi-month all-inclusive contracts rolling out in 2021 and 2022. $575/week. Travel and lodging provided.
