Organization Description
Since 2010, the company has been developing its shows at the crossroads of dance, acrobatics,
vertical dance and play. The choreographic vocabulary is both playful and very physical.
The enthusiasm for multidisciplinarity is motivated by the desire to invest the stage space in its
entirety with the need to move both on the ground and in the air so as not to be limited
in the imagination.
Today, Lève Un Peu Les Bras is 7 creations (Avenue L, WITH, D'ici-bas, Imagin'AIR, Mon
Théâtre est un Éléphant, En Corps une Histoire, LOOK) and many aerial events,
carried out in France and abroad.

We are currently looking for a dancer to join the LOOK show team as part of a role takeover.
LOOK is a choreographic sweat for two dancers, created in 2022 for the public space.
Well-designed and well-prepared, it is with graceful, acrobatic and percussive gestures that they attract your attention in an escalation of self-representation.
In an era ruled by social conventions and the relationship to image, LOOK is a dance duo that plays with appearances; Of those that we pursue and that we impose on ourselves. From those they hope for when they strike a pose. A game of reflection, competition and questioning...
A quest for self-image and its excesses that alternates between choreographic performances and comic situations.
Description of the profile sought
Profile sought:
- Modern contemporary dancer with great skills in acrobatics
- At ease or open to Hip Hop dance
- Good mastery of floorwork on any type of floor
- Very good physicality
- With experience in street performance and ease with public interaction
The specific skills sought:
- Great ability to quickly learn a choreographic score (movement and partnering)
- Manipulate acting and movement in the service of a character, a situation, a an interpretation
- Be comfortable with self-mockery.
- Accustomed to practicing on concrete and other unwelcoming floor surfaces
- Enduring and able to play despite sometimes difficult weather conditions (rain, heat)
