As we celebrate our 20th anniversary season, Caroline Calouche & Co. is entering an exciting new era! We are seeking top talent to join us in Charlotte, North Carolina, as we build a dedicated core company that will train and perform together both locally and on tour. With our family-friendly show, *Star Gazer*, recently signed with Klinger Entertainment, we are anticipating bookings as early as Spring 2026, and especially throughout the 2026-27 season.

We are looking for performers with a solid foundation in dance, acrobatics, floor partnering, and aerial dance—or a strong willingness to learn. Ideal candidates will have high-level skills in at least one of these disciplines. We also value artists who thrive in an ensemble environment and can actively contribute to the creative process.
