Mehrere Projekte sind am Laufen, die dringend eines Kultur- und Medienmanagers/innen bedürfen.
Aufgaben:
– Eigenverantwortliche Projektarbeit
– Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
– Planung und Durchführung von Werbeaktionen
– Aktualisieren von Angebots- u. Werbematerial und Website
– Aktualisieren von Kontaktdaten, Kontaktpflege und Korrespondenz
– Research- u. Auswertungstätigkeiten
– Akquise Unterstützung
– Logistik Planung für Tourneen und Einzelveranstaltungen
– Mitwirkung bei der Durchführung von Veranstaltungen in der Region und Ausser Region
– Vertrieb, Fakturieren, Zahlungseingangskontrolle, Kassenführung
Anforderungen:
– Selbstsicheres Auftreten und kommunikatives Geschick
– Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Office-und Apple Programmen
– Sicherer Umgang mit dem Internet und Sozialen Medien
– Engagement, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
– Lust auf Menschen und Freude an Teamarbeit
