Description of the organization
Founded in 1996, the Regards et Mouvements - SUPERSTRAT association operates in the multidisciplinary and contemporary fields of performing, dance, and street arts.
SUPERSTRAT's core mission is to support artistic creation through professional training, hosting residencies, and the dissemination of artistic projects, as well as the development of regional projects.
The association develops its activities in complete itinerancy, based on a strong logic of cooperation with various local partners. It navigates between rural, urban, and peri-urban environments, and thus contributes to establishing a professional practice in the territories it invests in. SUPERSTRAT's activities are anchored in the Loire and Haute Loire departments.

Job Description
Reporting to the Artistic and Educational Director, he/she will be responsible for implementing regional artistic projects. He/she will ensure the implementation, coordination, and development of cultural activities in SUPERSTRAT's area of ​​operation, which includes the Loire Forez Agglomeration, the City of Saint-Etienne and its metropolitan area in part, and the Northeast of the Haute-Loire Department.


MANAGEMENT AND COORDINATION OF TERRITORIAL PROJECTS

• Coordinate and monitor one to three territorial artistic projects deployed within the framework of systems dedicated to artistic and cultural education (CTEAC, Culture and health, Culture and justice, etc.) in conjunction with other sectors

• Coordinate and monitor the cultural actions of three to four residency and dissemination projects: link with partners and artistic teams, logistical organization and preparation of the reception

• Participation in the implementation of project evaluation and assessment tools




COMMUNICATION AND PUBLIC DEVELOPMENT

• Develop the number of relay structures and partnerships for a better circulation of information

• Ensure the monitoring of media relations for territorial projects

• Participate in updating the database in conjunction with other sectors

• Possible representation of the structure: professional meetings, seminars, regional events, festivals, etc.


ACTIVITIES AND PROJECTS

• Participate in team meetings (frequency 3 hours every 2 weeks)

• Participate in the logistical reception of teams and training and be present on projects

• Participate occasionally in Board of Directors meetings (2/year)

• Participate occasionally in Steering Committees with institutional partners (1/year)
