With the Chief Executive the Artistic Director will lead the strategic thinking and planning for the Company. A collaborative leadership style and the ability to engage with NDCWales’ role as a national company of Wales are essential, together with the passion, skills and knowledge to create a programme which can inspire our audiences and participants.
