Description:Meadow Brook Theatre, in Rochester Michigan, is currently accepting resumes/applications for our 2025-2026 season. We fully produce 6 shows a season and remount A Christmas Carol every season. We are looking for versatility in our interns, the ability to work in several different departments and a +ldquo;positive can do attitude+rdquo;.+bull; 1 Costume Interns +ndash; must have the skills to stitch and be on wardrobe crew. o Must have basic sewing skills o Wigs, make-up and Craft Skills a plus o Willing to work at heights of 20'-25' o Would be on the wardrobe crew for A Christmas Carol and at least 1 other show o Would be involved in all Light hang and focus calls *PLEASE NOTE: ALL INTERNS MUST HAVE AT LEAST A BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF LIGHTS (Hang and Focus).* AS WELL AS, BE WILLING TO WORK ALL LOAD-IN+rsquo;S AND STRIKES. What is involved in this internship: +bull; Contract Dates are approx. Late August 2025 to (end of) June 2026 +bull; $499.20 per week (housing is not provided) +bull; Cleaning +bull; A clear working knowledge of a Professional Theatre +bull; Lending support to the departments assigned +bull; Intern meetings +bull; Work 40 hours a week (overtime will be honored after 40hrs. have been worked within a Monday - Sunday period) +bull; Mid-season reviews +bull; Needs to be team oriented but can also maintain the stamina, focus, initiative needed to work individually. +bull; Ability to switch departments if needed o Including working for load-ins and strikes +bull; Ability to +ldquo;play well with others+rdquo; +bull; Possess a sense of humor +bull; Possess a positive +rdquo;can do+rdquo; attitude +bull; Possess a good sense of time management +bull; Possess problem solving skills +bull; A willingness to learn +bull; Airport Runs +bull; A willingness to work long hours if needed Production Interns: Equity candidacy points are given to SM intern.
