The Costume Storage Manager will support operations within our storage locations in Florida. This leadership position will lead a dedicated team of cast. This position will supervise the order fulfillment and inventory management activities, ensuring quality standards and client service are met at every turn. As a leader, you will help drive efficiency and client satisfaction—two of the main goals of any customer service organization.

You will report to the Area Manager-Costume Production.

This is a Full-Time role.

What You Will Do:
Develop storage facility operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, quality control, and shipping

Schedule, train, and lead a storage facility team to address day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals

Review and prepare workflow, resource needs and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer service standards are met

Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and implementing standards and procedures and aligning with Company guidelines

Supervise daily activities of the storage facility, including inventory control, space management, logistics, floor efficiency, shipping, and customer service

Ensure daily equipment inspections are completed and all safety protocols are followed

Meet regularly with storage facility leads to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for efficiency and loss prevention

Supervise and lead logistics used to transport products to customers and internal facilities

Establish a collaborative and supportive working relationship with co-workers and support staff across all levels of the organization, and across partnering disciplines

Proactively identify operational issues, recommend and implement strategies to resolve

Participate in planning, scheduling, and staffing entertainment fittings

Required Qualifications & Skills:
1+ years experience in a leadership role leading a diverse group of hourly and union hourly Cast

Experience in operational leadership

Experience in storage facility procedures and inventory control

Experience prioritizing and multitasking a variety of workflows

Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction

Experience in identifying and following through on goals and objectives

Experience delivering direct written and oral feedback

Ability to travel between work locations in a given day

Ability to work around all types of fabrics, fibers, & synthetic

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:
Multilingual (Spanish)

Experience with SAP Warehousing Module or other storage facility management systems

Experience using SAP, Maximo, Coupa, and/or GUS+

Experience working in a costuming and/or theater environment

Experience with 5S

Education
High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Advanced degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred
