Summary

Temple University Center for the Performing and Cinematic Arts (CPCA) Costume Shop Manager, under the Director of Production and Theater Department Chair, responsible for supervision/management of all costume work completed in the CPCA Costume Shops, along with oversight of all costume staff and student workers that support Theater and Opera productions. Offering leadership and management while providing clear strategies in planning and implementation, ensuring costuming vision and needs are met at the highest quality possible. In addition, keeping in mind that the Costume Shops serve as key educational environments for students. Position provides pedagogical costume practice through mentoring and training of students working in the shops and running productions. Overseas & manages all costume budgets, purchases, rentals and construction. Performs other duties as assigned. Job number #25001509
