Description:Job DescriptionTeaching of awakening and initiation to dance and teaching of contemporary dance: - Transmit the widest possible repertoires and develop students' creativity, - Develop students’ curiosity and artistic commitment, - Participate in the dynamics of the dance department and cross-disciplinary projects, Be a resource in the territory - Intervene inside and outside the walls of the conservatory, - Participate in training, dissemination and creation activities at community level, - Participate in the implementation of the establishment project, - Participate in the establishment's consultation bodies, - Develop and translate projects into resources. / Basic knowledge and diplomas/specialties held (knowledge): State diploma in his discipline, Have knowledge of a wide repertoire, · Ability to determine differentiated learning objectives according to the audience, Ensures the emergence of new personal and educational artistic practices, Be open to educational innovation, · Driving licence B 2/ Personal qualities (soft skills): · Sense of public service, · Be able to cooperate with the various partners of the establishment and external partners, · Know how to report, · Communication skills, · Good presentation, · Discretion and initiative, 1/ Responsibilities: Participates in the implementation of the conservatory establishment project for the residents of the CCVE territory. Guarantees the proper functioning of the public service provided and the proper organization of the activity in charge. 2/ Level of autonomy on the position: Missions carried out independently under the responsibility of the director of the conservatory. 3/ Hierarchical responsibility: None JOB CONSTRAINTS 1/ Specific features of the position (complexity, organizational difficulty, etc.): Travel during cultural events/activities, Implementation of schedules meeting various constraints (educational, premises, users, etc.), · Availability required in the evenings and weekends where applicable during conservatory events/partnerships with local municipalities. 2/ Constraints linked to the position and the need for public service: · Travel to events and association forums. 3/ Means and equipment used: · Shared furniture and equipment during times spent at the conservatory (office, IT, telephone, etc.), · Equipment for teaching rooms.
