About CIRKLABO?
CIRKLABO is the Leuven laboratory where circus art in all its forms will be explored. It is an initiative of culture center 30CC in collaboration with the circus sector and the culture directorate of the city of Leuven. Artists are given the physical and mental space to experiment, create and produce. As a new circus workshop, it is a continuation and commemoration of the current residence work and the CIRKL festival.
What does the job entail?
You develop and monitor the profile, positioning and communication strategy of CIRKLABO.
You are the point of contact for circus artists and circus companies within CIRKLABO with questions about communication.
You keep an overview of the communication channels of CIRKLABO.
You support the communication of the programming and organization of CIRKL and other circus programming in Leuven and the region.
You are an ambassador for circus arts in Leuven and the wider region.
You support in organizing events, eg openings, press conferences ...

Where are you going to work?
At culture center 30CC.
What do we expect from you?
You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
You are interested in the circus world, preferably in the concept of CIRKLABO.
You have experience with communication strategy and planning and with propagating a vision.
You have experience in supporting and directing co-creative initiatives.
You would like to collaborate and network with Leuven and regional partners and with the circus field in particular.
What do we offer you?
Contract
75% of a full-time contract, according to PC329, grade B1c.
For the wage calculation, we take over relevant experience up to a maximum of 4 years.
