Description:

A circus and dance festival in Cologne invites contemporary circus artists and dancers to submit short solo or duo pieces, on the floor or in the air, for an open-air round stage with the audience on all sides. Works last 8 to 15 minutes, suit daylight performance and need only a simple technical set-up; a self-contained excerpt of a longer show is accepted.

Selected works are performed at the festival on May 14 to 16, 2027. Each performer receives a net fee of 400 euros, travel costs up to 300 euros per person, accommodation and meals, plus an invitation to a three-day artist summit.
