The Swabian Gymnastics Federation e.V. (STB) is the largest sports federation in Baden-Württemberg with more than 715.000 members in about 1.800 sports clubs.
We offer a variety of courses from Gymnastics for children to various sports at competition level and elite level as well as fitness and health.
For the National Team Centre, Regional Excellence Centre and Federal Olympic Centre of Rhythmic Gymnastics we are seeking at the earliest possible date, in full-time, a
COACH RHYTHMICS GYMNASTICS (m/f/d)
Here in our National Team Centre we are responsible for up to 40 gymnasts aged 10 to 20.
Six coaches and three ballet masters provide classes for all athletes from up-and-coming talents to Olympic level. We provide the framework for the STB’s elite sport level in RSG. Further, we support our coaches and our athletes passionately in achieving a successful career in elite sport.
Your responsibilities and duties
• scouting of young talents in STB clubs in co-operation with Talent Schools and partner clubs
• sports-related education and training of gymnasts at Junior and School level
• preparing gymnasts for participation in regional, national and international competitions as well
as leading their way into the Regional Squad and the National Squad
• assistance in conceptual and framework planning as well as documentation of training and competitions
• analysis and control of performance development in co-operation with Head Coach of Germany
and Head of Sports at National Olympic Centre
• co-operation with the involved institutions and sponsors, especially the Olympic Centre Stuttgart
and the Regional Sports Federation (LSV) Baden Württemberg
• co-operation with all boards of Federations of Gymnastics in charge
• organization and performance of training courses for Regional Squad
• we would highly appreciate if you designed your own choreographies
Your talents
• you are a qualified coach (diploma, Trainer A) or have a similar qualification
and you have several years of experience in elite level sports
• you are a team-player and you are socially skilled in working with coaches, parents, clubs,
officials and our partners
• you are stress-resilient and do not mind working in the evening, during holidays and at
weekends
• your provide a good level of spoken and written German or you are willing to obtain these skills
as soon as possible
• skills in the handling of modern communication devices and PC programs (MS-Office 365) are
mandatory
• you are in possession of a driver’s license
