Gymja Warrior is GROWING!
We are looking for fun, outgoing, and motivated people to join our team.( 2 locations Peabody MA, Maynard MA)
General Qualifications:
Reliable transportation
Experience working with kids
Clean background
Able to lift 50+ pounds (have to lift and possibly catch children and move obstacles)
Ability to think on your feet, be a fun and positive role model to kids
Observational skills
There may be opportunities to help with special events like competitions.
Previous nice to have experiences include:
Kids sports coach
Camp counselor
Babysitter
Bootcamp instructor
Parkour instructor
Ninja Warrior instructor
Acrobatics
Personal trainer
Anything fun, physical, working with kids, or educational
Camp counselors
We’re looking for energetic camp counselors to help with our amazing summer camp program. You’ll work with our campers through Parkour, Ninja Warrior obstacle training, and acrobatics as they learn teamwork, respect, positivity, and succeeding through failure.
Prior Ninja Warrior obstacle or Parkour skills are not required, but helpful. You must at least have a desire to learn. Previous camp experience is nice to have but not required.
Weekday coach
It takes a lot to keep Gymja Warrior running, and you will be a big part of it. There are three areas of responsibility: 1. running the front desk; helping sign kids in for class and being the face of Gymja to everyone that comes in. 2. Keeping an eye on open gym. It’s very important all open gym participants are following the rules and staying safe. 3. Making sure the gym is clean, from inventory display to restroom cleanliness to vacuuming and general cleaning.
Weekend Manager
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity working with great staff and amazing kids? Our Weekend Managers are in charge of running open gyms, birthday parties, and group events Friday afternoon, Saturday, and Sunday after classes.
You will manage the weekend staff and ensures the gym is clean, presentable, and merchandise is stocked and presentable.
Previous leadership and/or experience running parties strongly desired. Previous coaching skills is nice to have but not required.
Our coaches have aired on American Ninja Warrior!! Last Season 14 Matt D'Amico watch him again this season along with others!
