A visionary new ballet initiative, spearheaded by the New Generation Foundation in collaboration with Xander Parish OBE, is seeking highly skilled classical ballet dancers for an ambitious new interpretation of Tchaikovsky's iconic 'Swan Lake'. This groundbreaking production is set for its world premiere in March 2027 at the prestigious Maggio Musicale Fiorentino. The reimagined classic tale will transport audiences to the opulent yet illusory world of Belle Époque Paris, where dancers will explore profound themes of love, beauty, and truth through a narrative shaped by abstraction and mediation. Auditions will be held in Florence, Italy, on September 26, 2026. We are casting 21 professional dancers (12 female, 9 male) aged 18 to 35, who possess a strong classical ballet foundation. This is a paid engagement, and comprehensive financial and contractual details will be provided to selected candidates.
