The National School of Circus Arts of Rosny-sous-Bois (ENACR) was born in 1983 from the will of a few enthusiasts fully committed to the cause of the circus arts.
This association under the supervision of the Ministry of Culture and Communication, the Île-de-France Region, the Department of Seine-Saint-Denis and the City of Rosny-sous-Bois has been developing for more than 30 years a a real circus arts learning platform dedicated to students in initial training, amateurs without age barriers and live performance professionals.
