Description:

Prismagic is accepting audition material for their 120 seat tent show in August 2020. All variety of acts, musicians, dancers, and actors are encouraged to apply. We are looking for 3-5 performers with different skills. Performers and crew split 70% of the door and any tips from passing the hat. We keep our cast small so people make as much as possible; you will make more if you have multiple acts within a show. This is not your standard variety show. Prismagic makes circus narratives and we work as a team on and off stage; that means you have to commit to setting up and tearing down with us and have all kinds of odd jobs during a show that are not your routine. Everyone in a Prismagic performance is integral to creating the flow of each evening as a whole. Things like having a truck, multiple circus skills, and technical experience are all assets on your resume. We don’t want to sugar coat it: this will be a monumental amount of work for an unknown amount of pay, but this is the little tent circus of your dreams and you will be paid!
