Description:The competition is open to artists of more than 16 years of age and less than 25 years of age (less than 30 years of age for clowns).Some artists who are over the age limit may be accepted by the organisers. The reasons for such acceptance should be made known to the Jury as soon as it meets and may be as follows : when an artist started training late.
