Do you want to contribute to the promotion of the work of artists and companies in circus arts throughout Quebec? En Piste, a national circus arts group, is currently looking for a broadcasting project manager to participate in the structuring and expansion, in the field, of solid networks of presenters, in collaboration with theaters. shows, theaters, markets, festivals and major one-off events in Quebec. Your main objective is to encourage, facilitate and nourish the public's encounter with circus works as part of the En Piste , Destination cirque and Circulation de la succession programs.
Your challenges:
_manage the Destination Circus project;
_develop the new traffic project intended for the next generation of circuses;
_develop access to larger distribution networks for circus arts;
_deploy communication tools and cultural mediation resources, for broadcasters and companies, in collaboration with communications;
_coordinate consultation and networking activities, in close collaboration with general management;
_contribute to the development of continuing education, linked to the understanding of circus arts;
_document the evolution of the circulation of shows in Quebec;
_search for public or private partnerships, to support the development of projects;
_write documentation and requests for funding and partnerships;
_maintain a database of broadcasters and broadcasting venues in line with the circus show offering.
We would like to meet you if you have:
_a university degree in a field related to the requirements of the position, or an equivalent combination of training and experience;
_experience of at least 5 years in the cultural field;
_knowledge of the performing arts sector and broadcast networks;
_outstanding communication and relational skills;
_excellent command of French and English, both oral and written;
_proficiency in the Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and Air Table databases;
_autonomy, leadership, initiative and rigor;
_the sense of organization and priorities;
_a great ability to work in a team.
