The Gymnastics l'Espoir association created a circus section in September 1998, the "Pourquoi pas nous!" circus school. It offers workshops for ages 4 to 18, where everyone can find their place to flourish at their own level and pace, express their creativity and push their limits in complete safety. The Gymnastics l'Espoir association is recruiting a multidisciplinary circus arts instructor with a good command of acrobatics.
The mission:
• Lead and supervise discovery workshops for all types of audiences.
• Participate in the implementation and improvement of the educational project.
• Participate in the preparation and implementation of internships during school holidays.
Skills:
• BAFA Circus, BIAC, TIAC, BPJEPS circus activities, DE circus teacher
• Beginner accepted, with training plan to be defined.
• Knowledge of audiences (development, needs, etc.)
• Be able to teach all circus disciplines at an introductory level, particularly in acrobatics.
• Autonomy, dynamism, sense of teamwork, interpersonal skills with all audiences and partners.
• Knowledge of IT tools (email, word processing and spreadsheets)
Hiring conditions:
• Driving license B is a plus.
• Collective agreement: Animation – Eclat
• 10-hour contract (evolving)
• Annualized fixed-term or permanent contract.
• Day and hours: Monday to Saturday
• Location: In the Chalons area and the association's main practice location in Chalons.
