The Cirque à tous les étages (FRA) is looking for a circus arts teacher to fill in for the Winter season 2025-2026.

Created by Léa Pouzet in 2013, “Cirque à tous les étages” has been established in the Drôme region (26) for around 10 years, offering weekly circus classes, workshops and interventions in schools and leisure structures. Classes and workshops take place in the town of Aouste-sur-Sye (FRA), in a bright, spacious hall offering a very pleasant working environment.

Missions
Supervision of weekly multidisciplinary classes for parents-children, children, teenagers and adults.
Supervision of “aerial specialization”, “free training” and “circus arts” classes for teens and adults.
Supervision of circus workshops for parents, children, teenagers and adults on certain weekends.
Logistical management and maintenance of teaching equipment.
Working conditions
Working hours & duration
10 Tuesdays and Wednesdays from November 4 to January 28, 2026.
Tuesdays from 5pm-9pm & Wednesdays from 9.45am-8.30pm.
Total 13h per week.
Salary
40€/hour, all taxes included.
Total for the replacement period (November to February) : 130h x 40€ = 5 200€ + 1 or 2 weekends of training 42€/h TTC.
Other benefits
Invoicing, service provision.
Time off during each school vacation period.
Accommodation available if required.
Candidate's profile
Hard skills
Versatility in teaching acrobatics, juggling, aerial acrobatics, balancing on objects.
Good technical and pedagogical knowledge of aerial apparatus.
Ability to prepare a teaching session.
Ability to manage a group on your own.
Mastery of animation techniques.
Soft skills
Organizational skills
Rigor, autonomy
Dynamic, proactive
Good oral communication
Good interpersonal skills
Qualifications
Experience in animation (BAFA preferred) and circus class supervision.
Driving license preferred.
