Description of the organization
The Zepetra association aims to promote and develop circus and performing arts
as vectors of equality, solidarity, and freedom. We offer
recreational courses and workshops, adapted circus workshops, workshops with schools, artistic
and cultural programming, and artist reception and support. Zepetra's educational project is that of a school
for all. Our goal is to make circus arts accessible to everyone, regardless of age,
physical or cognitive abilities, or social difficulties.
Job Description
Pedagogy
· Organizes and ensures his/her hours of animation of leisure and school workshops in and outside the school in
conjunction with the educational manager; he/she works in the spirit of the Zepetra educational project.
Intervention on adapted circus workshops to discuss.
· Participates in the work of pedagogical research with the teaching team
· Participates in the various shows and open workshops at the end of the year with the students of the groups
for which he/she is responsible.
· Prepares his/her lessons with the other speakers and writes the end-of-action reports.
· Participates in the various team, pedagogical and coordination meetings
Miscellaneous
· Maintains the school's educational material, creates new objects
· With the team, maintains the school's storage spaces
· Participates in the organization of show evenings
Description of the profile sought
Mastery of the different circus disciplines
BIAC, TIAC, BISAC or BPJEPS required, experience in leading circus workshops a plus
Ability to work in a team
