Description:
Kids Up is an educational and sports space based in Switzerland, in Romandie. We currently have 2 centers in Geneva and Lausanne.
Our vision: thanks to awakening, physical and artistic activities, to best prepare our children for the life of tomorrow; to have children who are comfortable in their bodies, confident, well integrated into society.
Our students: our 2 centers have more than 1,500 students per week, and continue to grow.
Our activities: we offer circus and circomotricity courses; as well as parent-child baby-gym activities. Our activities are educational, fun and non-competitive. We also offer a meeting and exchange space for parents. During the holidays we organize circus courses for children and birthday parties during the weekends.
Our rooms of more than 650m2 are dedicated to circus and baby-gym, with fixed and adapted equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise weekly initiation and development workshops for children
Supervise introductory and advanced courses for children
Supervise occasional events, at Kids Up or outside
Possibly the supervision of circus animations during birthday parties
Maintain school infrastructure
Work on the quality of student reception
Participate in all the actions of the school and its development
PROFILE
Diplomas
A professional diploma in gymnastics or circus is desired:
Professional diploma in the field of circus arts such as BIAC, BPJEPS circus activities or other diploma deemed equivalent
WHERE
Professional diploma in the field of gymnastics, type BEES gymnastic activities, BPJEPS AGFF mention AGA or other diploma deemed equivalent and the desire to train in circus arts
Skills
Mastery of the technical bases of circus arts and/or gymnastics
Knowledge of different audiences
Interest in teaching young children 4-18 years old
Knowledge of pedagogy and ability to adapt to young audiences
Relational and human skills (contacts with partners, parents of students)
Autonomy within the framework of the missions entrusted
Great sense of responsibility and customer service
Artistic sensibility
Motivation and personal involvement Experience
Experience in leading and supervising young children and beginners in circus and/or gymnastics
Educational experience
Experience in preparing shows
Perfect command of French.
Contract
Permanent contract integration from August 16, 2022. Minimum 50%. Possibility of evolution in the long term according to the profile. Motivating salary.
Position based in Geneva, fluent French essential.
