Description:Founded in 1998, the Lézards Animés association aims to promote the development of individuals, particularly children and adolescents, through creative activity workshops. Gradually, the association's activities focused on recreational circus workshops. It was in this context that the Chapidock was built. The venue opened in 2012.The association is run by a Board of Directors elected by its members. It currently employs 12 people, including 7 circus leaders, 3 administrative staff, and 2 people in mixed positions (leadership and administration). Job Description In anticipation of an increase in activities for the next year, the Lézards Animés association is recruiting two circus arts instructors for workshops in all disciplines and for all audiences (children, adults, the elderly, people with disabilities, etc.). Specializing in aerial silks, acrobatics and/or wire. TEACHING – LINK WITH MEMBERS: Ensure the preparation, supervision and monitoring of circus activities (weekly classes, courses, adapted workshops) in pairs and independently: objectives, content, form, safety, assessment Adapt the course schedule according to the audience (children, teenagers, adults, people in precarious situations or with disabilities, etc.) Prepare and implement end-of-year presentations, open stages, etc. Act as a link between participants and the administrative team: transmit information and documents; monitor attendance at workshops; answer members' questions Transmit the values and rules of life of the association ASSOCIATIVE LIFE: Physically welcome people entering the marquee, inform them and direct them to the right person Actively participate in team meetings and educational exchanges Participate in the maintenance of the site and the equipment available Participate in the organization of association events: preparation, set-up, tidying up, review. Description of the profile sought SKILLS Mastery of several circus disciplines Mastery of a specialty: aerial fabric, acrobatics and/or wire required Minimum one year of experience required in an equivalent position BPJEPS and training in hanging at height would be a plus Driving license B appreciated SKILLS Knowing how to adapt your communication to different interlocutors Rigor, organization, autonomy and sense of responsibility Initiative and team spirit Active communication, kindness
