Description:Cirquons Flex was born in 2007 on the island of La Réunion. Sponsored by the State, the Réunion Region, the Réunion Department and the city of Saint-Denis, with 7 creations to its credit, the company works to create a circus endemic to La Réunion: integrating ancestral practices to inspire its current movements, urban and open to the world, nourished by the encounter with neighboring countries, cradles of a part of the Réunion population with mixed blood. The company is developing a place "L'Ilet Chapito", a place accompanying the circus dynamic on the island, allowing it to host circus workshops, artist residencies, events such as "Chap Pâ Festival". It works on supporting artists, monitoring training (Circus Baccalaureate, etc.) or co-hosts the Réunion Association of Circus Arts. A pioneer in the development of circus arts on Reunion Island, the company places great importance on democratizing its art. In 2016, it decided to create a teaching position to develop this aspect of its activity and respond to numerous requests. The company's team consists of an administrator, two co-project artists, a production manager, a technical advisor, a circus instructor, and numerous temporary workers and project-based participants.Job Description THE MISSIONS: - Design, plan, lead and evaluate the Company's workshops, courses and training courses (children, teenagers and adults); Follow up on participants' registrations and memberships; - Organize end-of-year restitutions; - Evaluate an anchor and install an aerial apparatus (trapeze, fabric, hoops) in complete safety. - Monitoring of the Circus specialty within the partner high school for first and final year students - Supervision of workshops in schools and workshops as part of projects for so-called specific audiences; - Participate in team meetings and the Company's various highlights; - Participate in the overall logistics of the various educational projects Description of the profile sought SKILLS: - Master and practice the technical basics in all circus disciplines offered in the sessions. Strong point on aerial and acrobatics. - Be comfortable with different audiences (early childhood, children, adolescents, adults, in reintegration…etc) - Basic mastery of computer tools. (word, excel, google interface…) - Master the techniques of animation of sessions and supervision: group management, logic of activity; - Writing ease, good command of spoken and written French KNOWLEDGE - BEING - Be organized, rigorous; - Autonomous; - Spirit of initiative, reactivity; adaptability; - Sense of interpersonal skills, good contact with the public; - Team spirit; - Listening skills, open-mindedness, curiosity. QUALIFICATIONS - Certificate or diploma in circus teaching (TIAC, BPJEPS or DE) / or diploma in sociocultural animation (DUT Carrières Sociales) with circus practice in parallel / or professional circus school with teaching experience. - Holder of a B license essential. (drive 12m3 truck)
