The Ecole du Cirque Electrique is a place where circus arts are practiced and taught under a big top. Attached to the Cirque Electrique, it is located on the Dalle aux Chaps at the Porte des Lilas, a space dedicated to the circus created by the Paris City Hall.
This leisure school, bringing together around 800 members, is based on a pedagogy of play and performance. It considers circus practice above all as an artistic practice, a practice of the stage and risk-taking. Intended for both children and adults, it focuses its learning on creation and experimentation.
