The Head of Operations & Administration at Circa works with the Executive team in ensuring the efficient running of our operations, supports the teams in effectively managing their programs and provides secretariat duties for the board.

This challenging role is the stepping stone on your General Manager/Executive Director career trajectory, it encompasses organisational coordination, human resources, finance and compliance. It requires high-level creative problem solving and awesome attention to detail.

The role of Head of Operations & Administration is full-time.
