Circa Academy is seeking multiple Casual Trainers to join our team, specializing in either Youth Circus instruction or Aerial coaching—you do not need to be experienced in both.

As a Casual Trainer at Circa, you will contribute to delivering safe and engaging circus classes that align with the Academy’s curriculum. The ideal candidates will have strong technical skills in their area, the ability to demonstrate as needed, and a commitment to fostering a positive and creative learning environment.

This role requires physical fitness, adaptability, and a strong focus on student growth and safety. Trainers will be assigned to specific class levels based on their expertise, with flexibility to assist across different programs when required.
