Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Trainer to join us at Circa Academy. This full-time role leads delivery of the Aerial Nights, Youth Circus and Performance programs, teaching circus skills and overseeing student progression and performance development. The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of aerial techniques, safety practices and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive studio culture.

This role is offered on a full-time basis; however, part-time arrangements may be negotiated with the right candidate.
