The Entertainments team are looking for multiple Christmas Show Captains to support in our Winter’s Tail Event!
About the Role
You will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operation of the Winters Tail Christmas offering. The role will include running rehearsals for our Elves and Father Christmas and overseeing the daily grotto operation and Toy Workshop. As well as maintaining stock and keeping up the Christmas spirit in the whole team.
About You
We require our Show Captains to be self-motivated and proactive leaders within the team. You will need to be confident to run a rehearsal, give feedback and notes, and ensure the highest standards of performance from the teams, all whilst keeping the Christmas magic alive! We are looking for individuals who can display a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
