Description:Full job descriptionJob Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Cheer and Tumbling Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coaching and mentoring individuals in various disciplines such as acrobatics, stunting, and cheer dance. Duties: - Provide coaching and instruction in either cheer/tumbling or both. - Choreograph basic to advanced level cheer routines to compete at two competitions a year. (Acro teachers do not need to do the cheer side) - Implement behavior management techniques to ensure a positive learning environment - Teach proper tumbling or cheer education concepts and techniques - Help participants develop team building skills and work together to acheive a common team goal, while also reaching individual milestones. Requirements: - Previous experience as a Coach or in a related field is preferred - Proficiency in acrobatics or tumbling spotting (stunt spotting if cheer) - Ability to effectively manage and motivate individuals of varying skill levels - Strong communication skills to interact with participants and parents effectively This position offers the opportunity to work with diverse groups of individuals and make a positive impact through coaching.
