Contempo Physical Dance Audition for Maharu - November 22
Casting dancers (all genders, all 18+ ages) for Contempo Physical Dance’s upcoming work, Maharu, a dance adaptation of a play written by Kasano Mwanza, co-choreographed by the playwright and Marciano Silva dos Santos. Rehearsals will take place in April at Hennepin Center for the Arts with a public studio showing on Monday, May 4 from 7:00-8:00pm.
Dancers should come with a 1-minute prepared solo in a genre of their choice, headshot and resume. The audition will also include a warm-up class by Marciano Silva dos Santos.
