In partnership with Hackney Empire, we are holding 2 days of open auditions to create a new vocal ensemble featuring 7 exclusively female, trans or non-binary voices, led by award-winning non-binary beatbox star SK Shlomo whose previous vocal ensembles have performed on festival stages around the world.
🌈 Women & Trans Voices: This show disrupts the traditionally cis-masculine world of hip hop and beatboxing, shining a spotlight on emerging women and trans performers, who will each be trained and mentored by world-leading women and trans beatboxing experts.
