Organization Description
Le Petit Théâtre de Pain is a troupe created in 1994, based in Louhossoa (64), made up of 8 actors, 2 technicians and 3 administrative staff (1 distribution/production manager, 1 administrator and 1 logistics manager, mediation and communication). It is approved by the DRAC and supported by the New Aquitaine Region, the Pyrénées Atlantiques Department, the Basque Country Agglomeration Community and accompanied by the OARA.
Governance is horizontal and eminently collective.
Built on a principle of cooperation, the troupe is constantly refining a tailor-made operation where each decision is reflected and acted collectively.
We work in theaters and in public space, in various networks in National Stage, Cultural Centers, in rural areas, sensitive neighborhoods...
To mature works collectively, to translate the concerns of women and men of our time, to defend a popular and demanding theater is our trademark.
For the past ten years, our creations have generally been done in partnership with an author, present from the start of the process, for writing as close as possible to the set.
We are also invested in in situ writing and long-term territorial projects.
Job Description
- Dissemination: watch, strategy, prospecting, reminders, trips, quotes, negotiations, calendar management, balance sheet.
- Production: strategic thinking with the project leader, meetings with partners, timing of residencies.
- Coordination / mission shared with other employees: circulation of information, management of deadlines and retro-planning, organization of monthly meetings of the troop, participation in certain regional projects, presence at professional meetings.
