TUI Cruises is delighting German cruise fans with its growing fleet. In addition to our state-of-the-art 1000-seat theatre, we also offer entertainment for the broadest of tastes, as well as a varied cultural programme, in the smaller venues, such as the Klanghaus or the Schaubühne.

Description of tasks - what tasks await you
Responsibility and development of all music related activities on board.
Artistic supervision of all musicians on board (e.g. Band, Duo, DJ, Piano Player, Musical Entertainer and String Quartet) and guidance of synergies with guest artists
Rehearsal supervision and guidance
Conception, supervision and piano accompaniment of events and solo concerts as well as bar piano
Development of new concepts, programs and collaborations
Close collaboration with the entertainment management team
Requirement profile - that‘s what you are, what you bring with you
Qualified musical education
Very good knowledge of music (emphasis on contemporary compositions and music pieces), large repertoire
Experience as a Band Leader, preferably on board a cruise ship
Confident piano playing
Experience as vocal coach and / or répétiteur
Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
Knowledge of German, other languages are an advantage
Strong understanding of service and customer orientation
